What counts as a Scout unlock?+
Reading a paper's Scout report for the first time. Papers you've unlocked stay readable and reading them again doesn't use another unlock.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing in your account. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, within 14 days of your first subscription on the website. Email [email protected] and we'll refund it in full; Pro ends when the refund is issued. See the Terms for details.
I have gifted Pro. What happens if I subscribe?+
You're charged when you subscribe, and your paid time starts when the gift ends, so you don't lose any gifted days.
